- All goods sold are not refundable nor exchangeable.
- In the event of a item defect, customers are welcome to exchange for a new piece or similar item of the same or lower value. eVogueClinic reserves the right to define what constitutes to a "defect" of any item.
- We apologize that we are unable to refund the remaining value should the replacement be of a lower amount.
- All payments are to be made via internet/ATM bank transfer only
- All payments are to be made within 24 hours upon receipt of confirmation email.
- All sales are final upon receipt of confirmation email.
- Kindly email us for any enquiries before confirming any orders.
- Strictly no price haggling.
- Strictly no meetups.
- All prices are not inclusive of postage. Kindly add SGD$1.10 for normal postage and SGD$3.00 for registered mail.
